Each day I will dedicate to one kid from the EMP program in Colombia.  Today first on the sit is Cesar.  The above photo from our first day is dedicated to him.  It was photographed at sunset at Clear Lake Oregon near Mt Hood. 

"Cesar is characterized by his sweetness and ability to work in a Cesar is always willing to work with a smile on his face, Cesar reminds us that despite the difficulties in our lives you can always put a smile on your face and make the most of the cards you are given.   Cesar has recently come down with a condition in his eyes that may leave him blind.  The condition is easily treatable but requires consent attention, which has not been forth coming.  And yet he smiles through it all.  We hope we can remedy the situation with the efforts of many people in Colombia.
